BACKLINE IS PROVIDED AT ALL VENUES BUT BRING SNARE/CYMBALS/KICK PED
PA + monitors+di boxes +mics and engineer is provided at all venues -we have up to 15 mics/stands
We have a Fender hotrod deville combo+ a marshall 4x12 cab and JCM 900 head + a Markbass bass 4 x10 cab & a Peavey 400 watt head + a Pearl drum kit
We also have a spare 40 watt line 6 spider combo and a keyboard combo

Set times for bands is usually 30 mins but longer can be arranged if you have more than 30 people coming on your bands facebook
We pay £2 per paying person you bring as long as its over 20 people
Solo acts its usually 25 mins unless other wise specified
Parking outside THE COMEDY PUB is difficult so unload BUT DO NOT LEAVE THE CAR UNNATTENDED AS YOU WILL GET A TICKET then repark elsewhere but READ THE SIGNS
Parking near the Tower Tavern is easier but read the signs or do a google as parking info changes on council whim
We run regular acoustic nights at THE TOWER TAVERN most sat nights which have proved very popular -we also supply backline/keyboard but let us know if this is needed
Please note we only promote bands and solo acts -we do not promote comedy acts [although the Comedy pub put on comedy nights on the first floor -we are in the basement bar] Also the door charge is only for fans not for band members
It is possible to leave your gts etc early at THE COMEDY PUB just ask the groundfloor bar staff to unlock the basement door and relock
THE TOWER TAVERN is only open from 6pm on saturdays
The engineer arrives at 6pm unless specified otherwise
We pay bands £1 for every paying person you bring if over 20 people
We do require bands /solos to have a band facebook and create a facebook event invite at least 2 weeks before the gig unless you were booked at the last minute .
Also please do not do any other gigs before or after our gig for at least a week
We only run a guest list if you have a facebook event invite of 30+ coming to the gig
Also list the gig on your myspace/reverbnation /bandcamp
We supply a PA with monitors/mics /di boxes /cd player /engineer /lights etc
Parking -please do a google for the street/post code as restrictions change and we have no idea
Soundchecks are from 6:15 in backward order of performing so that the headline 10pm band soundchecks first and the 8pm band soundchecks at 7:15
We do expect bands to at least tell their fans/friends about the gig-We generally have busy nights as THE COMEDY PUB is a well established and very popular venue for bands
